Refund policy

At Walltrendz, we take immense pride in delivering the highest quality wallpapers tailored to your unique requirements. Our expert production team conducts rigorous quality checks on every strip of wallpaper before it leaves our facility.  

In Case of a Problem

If you notice an issue with your wallpaper:

1. Contact Us Promptly: Inform us within 2 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.  

2. Provide Photos: Share images of the issue to help us assess the problem efficiently.  

3. Resolution Process: If a defect is confirmed, we’ll arrange for a courier to collect the product and send a replacement wallpaper via next-day delivery.  


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our wallpapers, which are custom-made to fit your wall perfectly, we are unable to accept returns in the following scenarios:  

  • Change of Mind: Wallpapers cannot be returned if you change your plan after the order is produced.  

  • Post-Installation Issues: Installed wallpapers cannot be returned, as they cannot be reused.  

Installation Responsibility

  • Inspect Before Installation: It’s crucial to check the wallpaper for errors before installation or hiring a third-party installer.  

  • Installation Errors: We are not liable for mistakes made during installation or for fees charged by third-party installers.  

  • Cancellation Fees: We cannot compensate for cancellation or rescheduling fees caused by installation delays due to wallpaper issues.  

While we’re happy to recommend local installers, they are independent service providers and not part of the Walltrendz team.
